A note on break-in
The FCSS™ Pro is a real orthotic — and real orthotics take a little time to adapt to. Start with 2–3 hours per day and increase gradually. That adjustment period is a sign it's doing its job. By week two, you'll notice the difference.
Sizing
FCSS™ Pro inserts are 3/4 length and sized to foot size — not shoe size. Sizing is available for Women's 6 through Men's 14.5. If you're unsure of your foot size, visit a local shoe store for an accurate measurement or use the sizing chart on this page.
